What We Think
This modern hotel has a magnificent position on the headland in the upper part of São Filipe on the 'island of fire', Fogo. The Xaguate offers well-furnished, air-conditioned guest rooms and there is a good size swimming pool to enjoy.
The hotel's restaurant serves mostly Portuguese cuisine and of course, offers the famous Fogo wines produced from vines in the crater.
