Iberostar Club Boa Vista tops Customer Feedback Scores

The Cape Verde Experience reports that the latest addition to its hotel portfolio – the 4* Iberostar Club Boa Vista Hotel – has received excellent feedback from clients who have stayed at the brand new property since it formally opened in December 2009.

The specialist tour operator – covering six islands within the Cape Verde archipelago – confirmed that the Iberostar Club Boa Vista Hotel topped its Customer Service Questionnaire scores for the past winter season with an impressive 90% positive result.

This all-new club style resort is situated on the Areja de Chaves beach - arguably one of the best in the archipelago - on the island of Boa Vista. Operating on an all-inclusive basis, the hotel offers the high quality facilities and service, as expected from the international Iberostar name.

The Cape Verde Experience is confident that the hotel will go from strength to strength now that final amenities, such as the Spa, are fully operational in time for Easter and the summer season.
Facilities include a choice of restaurants and bars, theatre, and a swimming pool. The hotel is equally suited to couples or families - the latter benefiting from the children’s pool, playground and mini club.

This April, The Cape Verde Experience is offering 7 nights at the Iberostar Club Boa Vista Hotel from £789pp, valid for departures on 29 April and resulting in a saving of £176pp. This price is based on two sharing a room on an all-inclusive basis and includes return direct flights from London Gatwick, taxes (inc visa) and transfers. The same holiday, but on a 14-night duration is available from £1199pp, resulting in a saving of £199pp.
