Senegal has remained something of an unknown quantity for British holidaymakers, though it has long been a favourite holiday destination for our European neighbours. With excellent accommodation, superb service and French-inspired cuisine, along with truly outstanding beaches and wildlife, it's time to enjoy Senegal's ever-shining sun, beautiful scenery, a relaxed pace of life and wonderful hospitality.
We now feature three distinct areas of Senegal, each offering something completely different, all waiting to be explored. Although French-speaking, it's not difficult to find someone who speaks English, although a few French phrases may be useful!
Sitting beside the Atlantic Ocean at Africa’s most westerly point, Senegal is a breathtaking country that almost completely surrounds The Gambia. We offer holidays in beachfront Saly, close to Dakar in the north, as well as add-ons to a Gambia holiday near the Sine Saloum Delta, with its riverine landscapes (to the north of The Gambia) or in Casamance (to the south).
