If the idea of kitesurfing, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and more really float your boat as a holiday pastime, take a stroll along the golden sands of Santa Maria’s bay and you’ll discover the Atlantic Star Nautical Centre – specialising in all things on and under the water. Owned by the brand-new Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort, but also open to the public, you can partake in courses to try new sports, or practice those you’re already familiar with.
